Activities Means All Kind Of Online Digital or Any Physical Activity Or Programme, Event, Seminar Which is Officially Organised, Owned & Managed Fully By M/s Global Events & Services & Our responsibilities are limited Only for Such An events, Programmes Only. Any other Event Organised By any other Company Body where M/s Global Events & Services Is Associate Not in Capacity of Organiser We Shall Not be responsible For For Any Act or consequences.

Attending any programme Organised by us means participant provides his consent and provides authority for filming, photography and/or recording of his activities/participation like speech discussion, dance, artistic presentation meeting moments etc. He also authorise us as final and undisputed legal owner of all these contants,audio video material to keep the records of these audio visuals films/materials in form of original or copy in our library under Full ownership of M/s Global Events & Seminars. M/s Global Events & Seminars may use all these for any future purpose without any prior information or consent of related Performer, Artist Speaker or Person/Participant. No royalty will be paid to any one in any case. Any Kind Of present or future Tangible & Non tangible benefits/profits/income generated By all these via any medium will be only Of m/s Global Events & Seminars & M/s Global Events & Seminars Will be Only & Undisputed legal owner In Any court/Jurisdictions.


12. 12. Any Kind Of payments/Financial Assistance/Donations/Crowd Funding, Or Supports in terms of monitory or non monitory (Kind/goods) should be Only In Name Of M/s Global Events & Seminars. Payments & Financial supports are only accepted in authorised Bank account Of M/s Global Events & Seminars. The Payment shall not be treated as final payment until it does not reflect & Confirmed by Our Bank Branch/Accounts. We shall not be responsible for any such Payments which does not get Cleared due to any reason/s like internet problems or any mistakes.


13. 13. We shall not be responsible for any Payment to any third party or in any others bank accounts. Users are advised To check Thoroughly About Payee Account That To whom They are going To Pay To Avoid Any Possible Mistakes, Fraud etc.We shall Not Be responsible For any such transactions in any way.


14. 14. Payments/Supports/Services/Donations provided shall not be refundable/ Compostable in any case. In Case of payments for ticket bookings/sponsorship only full payment in advance is accepted and shall not be refundable. If participant fails to join the programme in time, payments shall Not Be refundable neither it will be compensate in any form in future.


15. 15. However if M/s Global Events & Services cancelled the Programme due to any reason, only & Only Payment made shall be refundable.


16. 16. Booked Tickets/Sponership etc shall not be cancelled. Up gradation Possible if conditions allows and space for same is available. For Up gradation will be possible only after difference payments.


17. 17. Entry Strictly By Tickets or Passes Or s per specific Guidelines by management. The Tickets are non transferable & only The person will be allowed who has booked the ticket. Showing a government identity proof will be mandatory for entry.


18. 18. Tickets prices/Sponsorship fess or any other may be changed any time without any prior information/s Global events & Seminars Has Full Rights & Authority for Same.


19. 19. Mode & Method Of Communication – For Business Purpose or for any official purpose, Contract only Communication on Letterhead or via Official e mail/s given on this website shall be accepted In Legal way. Any Verbal Communication, commitment By Any Person Or Communication during personal meetings discussions or in/via mobile, whatsapp shall be informative only and shall not be treated For legal Business Purpose.


20. 20. To attend any programme/event/Training sessions Inflammable, hazardous goods, Arms & Ammunition shall not be allowed for safety Purpose. In such a case participant may be denied for his entry.


21. 21. The quality & Quantity of Proposed Items in Different Contest for Prize Award etc Shall Be decided Only By Management & Guarantee or Warrantee Shall Be Applicable As per Manufacturer’s Norm and M/s Global Events & Seminars Shall Not Be Responsible for its Repairing or future maintence if required.. Prize Item etc May Be changed/cancelled without any prior information.


22. 22. M/s Global Events & Seminar and Its Authority Shall Not be responsible for Valuable Lost during Programme Or Any kind of damage/theft. Management also shall not be responsible for any kind of loss, Health Hazards for those who are directly or indirectly involved/participating in any current or future programmes.


23. 23. We are responsibilities are limited only to try possible efforts in different possible ways & as per our Best Knowledge in good faith capabilities in a given conditions, time frame. Possible human mistakes, errors may occurs. Practical Limitations applicable.

The Organiser Has Full authority To Bring any changes,Updataions In Policies, norms etc Terms & conditions, schedules, rescheduling or cancellation of any programme, its components,awards,nominations etc without any prior information even after its formal declaration. Any Such Changes in Schedules, Time, venue etc Will Be Well Informed In Advance To Participants etc on Our Website & Social Media.Participents or User of Website Are Advised to Keep in Touch via This Medium to Stay Updated. In Case Of Any Such Changes of Schedules, Timings & venue etc, The Travel Ticket, Hotel Booking Charges Paid By participants itself etc shall Not Be Compensate By M/s Global Events & Seminars.


25. 25. Dispute Resolutions First should be managed by arbitration In Good & Healthy environment.


26. 26. In Case Of legal dispute, Jurisdictions and Courts Strictly Shall Be Only the Courts of New Delhi, Bharat (India) and Laws of Bharat/Govt of Bharat (India) Shall Be Applicable. Any Other Country Courts Jurisdictions etc Is Not Applicable At All.
